Seven had a textbook delivery on the Friday morning that would be the first day of PAX 2007. I felt bad that I was going to be gone almost the entire weekend, stopping by only to feed them and give them a few kisses before I left again. I got to count the babies and make sure everyone was nursing appropriately before I left at 1pm even though the first baby didn't appear until nearly 10am. She had them fast and sweet. ;)
There are 9 of Seven's babies with my ratson Zeus. However, things did not look like I expected. All nine babies have light eyes at birth. Seven is a nice blazed havanna berkshire lady and Zeus is a beige american irish boy. Together I was expecting half black and half beige babies, with some blazes possible. However, Zeus threw some surprises and we had a litter of half havanna and half beige. Silly Zeus carries mink! Atleast we didn't get any ear surprises ;) All standard eared cuties.
